Wanted to try this one a bit. Been fixed recently (headstock was broken, fixed PU circuit, added a Fralin Pickup in the centre position: the other two are original 50s PAFs. This has been bought many years ago for cheap).

Jul 18, 2008 - You might just be right. I've played "live" for a small crowd once before, and I was so scared. It's hard to play with feeling when you're standing there, shaking like a twig in the wind :PMaybe I just need to practice a little in front of the camera!

Jul 18, 2008 - Oh, I forgot to ask! It would be awesome if you could post sort of a lesson on some of the solo-techniques you use. It really sounds great!

Oct 4, 2008 - Amazing! I would kill for a '50s Les Paul. They're easily the best guitars in the world. What amp are you playing through?

Oct 19, 2008 - I always loved that guitar with the 3 pickup & bigsby trem..Sounds awesome..I've got a Les Paul standard but, is it true that they are much heavier?

Nov 4, 2008 - I dont know know how I get this feeling but I feel that you're playing that Les Paul like if it was a SG

Jul 18, 2008 - Flat out flattering. Regarding you: I encourage you to do it. It may even be therapeutic. Skill? Skill is not that important. What hits more people, is that feeling you were talking about. You could be doing just two notes, repeatedly (Bo Didley comes in mind) with so much feeling) still making it interesting. If there's one thing that impresses me and seemingly, you, it's that feeling. Art (any form of it) should be filed with it. Will talk about this more, in time ;-)
